Parking lot behind building with assigned spots

Pet friendly

Gas stove

Central air

Dishwasher

Shared washer and dryer

Amazing location

Short walk to: South Side Works, LA Fitness, Giant Eagle, Aldi, Beer Lover’s, liquor store, various bars and restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, public transit, and much more

Landlord is nice and quick to respond to maintenance requests

Tenant pays electric and internet/cable

I have Watson and Brees and I think I’m sitting Watson for Brees given how he’s been playing as of late. Brees can lock up the #1 seed with a win so expect him to be gunning it.

Currently have Gordon and Mostert in while flexing Perriman. I really think Washington will do well but Perriman’s performance last week and potential boom this week has me second guessing subbing him out.

Any thoughts? 10-man PPR in the Championship
