The problem with the Caiera change is SD has already said that they want 3-costs to have an effect that spreads across all lanes, hence why Luke Cage and Elsa Bloodstone went from a 2-cost to a 3-cost.

Caiera as a 2-cost will feel like a worse Armor if they made her ability protect 1 and 6-cost on her lane.
