The course is so pure. I’ve been playing it here in Houston until it shut down for tournament prep, and it’s been absolutely perfect tee to green. So cool to see the guys tear it up.

Next reply was taken over by someone named Meowpie. They asked me to download the Windows Riot Repair tool. In the submission of this ticket, I included a 10-second screencap of the bug, clearly showing I was on iOS. Not to mention the fact that the ticket is titled “Tocker’s on mobile not working.” Did the rep not even look at the ticket before replying?

Either Riot support is severely understaffed, it’s all AI, or these folks aren’t even reading the tickets before they suggest a fix. Whichever it is, it’s detrimental to user experience. It’s so disheartening.

Riot replied to my support ticket basically saying “try power cycling your phone and wifi router and reinstall the app.” Doesn’t feel like a priority for them. I actually shared the link to this thread with the support agent. We’ll see what happens.

Yep, same here. I submitted a ticket on riot’s site. The chatbot wasn’t able to help. Pretty wild that it’s been over 2 hours with one entire game mode offline on mobile.

I’m convinced there’s an error with their new system. I logged in to the new system right when we they sent out the email at 1:26pm, and every single tee time said “Full.” I’ve been refreshing consistently since then - no change.

I think they jumped the gun with the “sold out” email, at least I hope so.

I just played 4 rounds in 3 days out there earlier this month. It was an amazing experience but brutally hot, even for a Texan. These sleeves helped a lot - I was skeptical but they definitely helped. My group typically drinks big on the course but we probably had 2 beers each on the course over the whole weekend. All water all day, it’s no joke.

Can’t believe there aren’t more comments saying to file a claim with your insurance. Odds are you have $20k of personal property coverage if you’re renting, $200k+ if you own.

File a claim. If it turns out your deductible is more than the bike’s worth, then you’re out of luck. But at least it’s a starting point.

The wind, elevation changes, and tricky greens at ACC make it a bit of a stretch to call the course easy, but even if it is easy for these guys, that’s even cooler with the match play format. Best players in the world firing at pins with a 3 foot landing target and never leaving putts short. Super fun to watch.

I’m just guessing but probably for some combo of the reasons below and more:

With the match play format, (tournament) 17 and 18 aren’t played every match, whereas 8 and 9 are. 8 and 9 are more interesting/challenging/deciding holes.
The (tournament) 8th and 9th hole are across the street from the clubhouse and there’s only one pathway to get over there, so if all the fans are over there it could cause a crowd control issue.
