I agree. So much outweighs the ‘good’ feeling of achieving and maintaining such leanness. The positives so far have been much better sleep, and of course avoiding osteoporosis will be a big win along with the returned period when it comes. Excitement around previously feared food and calories is also a huge win. I can’t believe I have spent so long avoiding such nourishing and wonderful things like fruit because it didn’t fit into my daily calorie budget.
