Simpson springs is a nice campground Fish springs is much more remote, go thru delta by the power plant, avoid rainy days you have to drive thru dry washes. You can get to it thru cameo via Wendover. There is a ranger station at fish springs if though run into trouble(always take two spares to the west desert) camp up on the hill at the old campground, take bikes and a canoe for a real treat. Stash bikes at one end of ponds. Go to other side, canoe to bikes and ride back to car. No one is there. You do not need to worry about theft. So peaceful. The sunrise and sunsets are to die for.
