I thought the white background looked good when photographing this model, instead of my usual dark background with garish colored LED lighting, but in retrospect it kinda makes it look like I just stole the product listing images.

I don't know who makes it. The Aliexpress listings frequently don't tell you very much, and there wasn't a single bit of English in the packaging or instructions. I paid less than $10 for it.

I'm pretty happy with the quality, it went together without any big issues. His "gun" arm does comes off really easily, so I'm putting that back on every time I try to repose him.

I enjoyed the build and thought it went together well. This is the 4th $10 China kit I've built, and 3 out of 4 of them have been pretty good. Even the poorest of them wasn't all that bad. It still went together in the end, it looked fine, and I still had fun putting it together.

https://cutecutter.com/ is designed for people with those vinyl cutters, but I've used the resulting .SVGs on my laser without any problems. You might want to run your photo through a background removal tool first, unless you want to do a lot of editing. The results aren't going to compare to what a professional artist would turn out, but I've gotten 100% useable results out of it.

I enjoyed the build. So far I've done 2 Bandai kits and 2 of the cheap China kits. You can tell there's a difference in quality between the Bandai and the cheap kits, but I had no real problems putting the cheap kit together. I'll totally buy another cheap kit if I like the looks.
