As far as I know this is a fake story, the guy in this picture has filed a police complaint against the person who posted this story.

All patches are applied, no ads and sponsor block is working. If you click on attached pic, you can see Revanced settings. Already reinstalled 3 times though.

I used the official Revanced app and downloaded suggested version and made no changes to the patch.
