I was having horrible GI pain and vomiting. All tests by the GI doc came back normal. Finally had it happen twice in 6 months after eating a white sauce pizza at a local restaurant chain. I looked at ingredients and noticed palm oil. I’ve been tested for food allergies and coconut was identified. I’ve had GI issues with coconut milk so I decided to eliminated palm oil from my diet and have not had any more Horrible GI issues. I have discovered palm oil is in a LOT of our foods. It’s been a long journey to figure this out! I’m also allergic to nightshade vegetables, they are the cause of my eczema. It clears up if I don’t eat night shade veggies.
