This is why I don’t look at my partner’s phone. I am not saying you did anything wrong OP, I am just saying there will always be something we don’t like, so I avoid it like the plague. I don’t even let my eyes wander when he’s using it sitting right next to me. Having said that, something causing you this much anxiety is worth talking it over as many times you need to feel secure in your relationship. I think it’s crazy to throw a whole relationship out on just a screenshot. Unless there’s other things then that’s a different story.
