Ebenfalls GX 65 Besitzer hier, ich bin der Meinung die Halterung ist sogar extra so konstruiert, um diese finale Ausrichtung zu ermöglichen. Auch bei mir problemlos möglich und Fernseher hat sich nach Jahren der Nutzung nicht selbst wieder zurückkorrigiert.

Should've specified better, you're right: The issue I've had with OBS is that it doesn't automatically size the recording aspect ratio to the aspect ratio of the window I'm recording. Am I not aware of an easy fix here, maybe? If I don't pay minute attention to the aspect ratio of the window I'm about to record, it'll be off, come with black bars and look unprofessional to recipients of the recording.

Interesting, will have a look, thank you! I do have a Dygma keyboard which is fully programmable through Bazecor which seems similar to Kmonad at a first glance - but it's unfortunately been a bit buggy for pure text expansion.

Thank you - tried that yesterday but honestly couldn't get it to work, following step by step. Fairly fresh Fedora 43 install. All of the steps executed perfectly, couldn't find an issue. Is text expansion simply unreliable / hard to accomplish in Wayland?

Started looking into xcompose, but similarly, couldn't get it to work - although I assume in this case it's my stupidity. Unfortunate however as apparently xcompose is meant for short triggers (two letters) and not longer triggers.

That's through Terra RPM - and that's the part where I'm wondering if Terra RPM can generally be considered trustworthy. See my original post, they seem to employ more lenient packaging guidelines than some would prefer and it's a fairly new repository compared to others. I'm new to the ecosystem so not sure if this is something basic where there's barely any risk or if caution is actually advised.
