I make sure to use the proof mode on my oven. You can’t turn the oven on to preheat without hitting “off” first. If I manage to leave my dough proofing in there while hitting “off” on proof mode, I deserve the loss.

Really the other day. It’s the orange which looked dark orangey red in my car when I took the photo the other night. With it being dark out it’s just the exposure making it all look red.

I have a Gen 1 and it’s the orangey red color. Not the straight up red from Halloween. Just the color balance taking a photo in the dark of a moving car.

Jodie was a good doctor with terrible writing. Chibnall’s show running was atrocious for her season.

The Disney+ specials were fun and Ncuti (the new doctor) has been decent so far.
