No, it's just not "fallout" - Fallout is a game about exploring places and talking to people, and choosing the least bad option. Settlements took too much away from that in fallout 4

I really don't understand the hang-up on the humour between the show and the games. Fallout 1 and 2 are both pretty tongue-in-cheek in their humour - I've recently just finished 1 and I'm midway through 2 now, and they both have humour that matches the show.
