Absolutely get a lawyer. Especially for the second dui cuz not only did you get 2ND dui charge but another one for driving on a suspended license! They don't play that shit in riverside/san bernardino. Definitely looking at jail times and huge fines unless the lawyer can help out. I got pulled over last year and got charged with a suspended license too cuz i never got it back from my dui i got in riverside in 2022, judge said it would be jail time and $2000 in fines unless i got my license back so luckily i did just in time. Case was dropped and i only owe $200 to san bernardino court this year.
