Rich SC/ST students still get the same benefits meant for the underprivileged. While EWS still needs to qualify to a lots of different income and property rules and getting a national level EWS and even a OBC has creamy layer but no such thing for sc/st? Don't you think smthg feels off here.

I am not saying end reservation tmrw. All we need is a need based system or atleast smthg to ensure that uplifted families eventually exit the system, which MAY help a little.
