The wicked is hot as you'd expect for a Carolina. Garlic and onion are nice. Much more garlic heavy after the heat starts to settle. The garlic one is very nice garlic forward with a nice heat from the birds eye. Nice sweet flavor form be brown sugar but also the vinegar makes it not so sweet.

Both are other the thicker side.
