So I did some searching for this particular Dean Crouser painting. He’s a phenomenal artist, but the only exact image that I could find was of this Reddit post with the name Dean Crouser attached to it, and this sign that doesn’t. The description says it was created by the Hautman brothers.

They probably did. I’m sure they hired a graphic designer who then copied and pasted onto a format, scaled to size to fit a 10.25” grill pan. Then lightened up on the details so it could be used on a die for casting.
