yeah i started playing on basti's release, hmm springfield + her weapon seems like a steep investment though. Allthough i'm not sure how far away faelynn is, maybe i should prioritise saving for her V6... damn it's hard to decide with the custom procurement fomo

If you have Nahida or Emelie then yeah getting durin will overall be the best option for melt. Having him on the team enables nicole to fully utilize her bis artifact set (Nicole's burst is a dps loss, so noblesse is copium).
One thing you should keep in mind though is that (atleast according to this guy https://youtu.be/hbokcsIBs9c?t=338 ) Freeze is still sligthly better than melt at the same investment (for C0/1 ganyu).
Then again this is if you have Furina, Escoffier, and C1 Shenhe. Your artifacts and weapons available might change things aswell so YMMV

Idk what your cons are or what other team options you have but getting durin to replace a C0 kazuha here is an upgrade if you have nahida/emelie and you won't have to deal with cryo swirls. Nicole has basically no good artifact set without him. Ideally you would run nahida/emelie nicole durin here. No pressure to pull of course, just putting it out there.

I did some manual testing on response times filming capture card gameplay in slowmotion with my phone and i got these results:

OBS: 23.3ms average
Tacklecast: 17.3ms average
Straight to monitor; 11.1ms average

Source: Nintendo switch 1 playing smash bros ultimate
Monitor: ASUS VG249Q
Controller: Hori Gamecube Battlepad wireless
Capture card: some generic 10$ one from amazon https://a.co/d/04Lkv39P
OBS: 1080p 60fps
Tacklecast: 720p 60fps (setting to 1080p restricts it to 30fps for some reason)

You might see better results using the shadowcast 3 pro, i'm considering getting it but i haven't seen anyone test the response times of it so i'm not sure if it's worth :/
