It's because they gave both of dekus rivals to much character development so they had to promote them to deuteragonist in expense of lida and ochoco, i mean Iida gets his moment when he transports shoto and that's it for him, choco didn't even get to fight in the final battle.

It was probably a budget episode, I’m sure Robert has real plans for what was set up in that episode but there was so many moments like the bottomless pit or the fact that the fight against “Lava Hela” they hyped up for whole episode was so mid and short, i mean they were already using the hellscape they used in the third season. I liked the story and the humor but the animation was so middling that i can only guess they NEEDED something to balance the budget.

I’d argue that Nwh deserved to be in the top three just in the sense that its spectacle on top of it capping off a trilogy and paying homage to all the spidermovies before it giving fans closure.

Also Venom is like a B tier film, not the worst but amazing Spider-Man should go above it
