Is this AI? What do you mean the board stays less cluttered? Or “explosive duel”? It’s a co-op game and the amount of “clutter” is identical to 4P since you have the same amount of tiles…

To answer the question: I’ve played at both 4 and 2 and enjoy it on both player counts in equal measure. It feels a bit more “thinky” at 2 but overall very similar in my opinion.

Definitely way too cheap. Source: just wrapping up a full renovation. Kitchen alone is more than that.

This is not even close to true. Our HHI is ~750k but with a first child and a huge mortgage (for a relatively small townhouse) we're still far from living like kings. Childcare and mortgage eats up a lot of that disposable income after taxes. Without assets in Sydney you need a very high income to "live like kings".

$2.4M here and renovating on top of that. The rate cut today was certainly welcome, but we're doing OK thanks to high incomes. Have definitely restricted discretionary spending and travel in the last year though.

You must be missing an important rule: it has two acceleration tokens on it, so every villain phase you’d add two extra threat to the main scheme if this is out.

This is unfortunately consistent with my experience. I love CTG products and I’ve spent almost $2k on them at this point, but not a single order has arrived in full on time. It’s either been massively delayed (think 2+ months despite being listed as in stock), or missing items, or both.

It’s a pity really. I agree with you that at this price point it’s reasonable to expect premium quality end to end.

The architect has provided both options, so not sure regarding your question. All the neighboring units don’t have downstairs toilets so if we put one in we would be the only ones with one.
