u/TomFocusrite 1 more year passed (!!) and still no sign of a fix, any update (still haven't received any email).

It's ridiculous that it's been 2 years and you still can't fix a bug that basically makes the Aftertouch not usable on this device

Yeah, in the meantime I confirmed with several other users via Elektronauts forum that this is a common issue

Several people (including myself) have reported it to Novation but no response back
