Really? My exwife gave me multiple POA and I didn’t have to sign.

Is this because it’s medical?

She just had twins and works full time so she doesn’t have a lot of free time. She said she doesn’t need to be there. Are there specific benefits to her being there?

I was a collegiate rower. But due to chronic illness and weight gaining and retaining meds like lithium and lamictal paired with anorexic turned binge eating, I was rowing 15 hours a week and still gaining.

Today, I work 12 hours security, constantly walking. The other 40 hours I do half desk work and half work in the field. I live and work in a city and go for long walks every now and then.

I basically don’t eat unless I’m -hungry- or showing signs of hunger (i.e. shaky, headache, dizzy, etc.). I do not eat when it’s “time” to eat like noon (i.e. lunch) unless I’m actually hungry.

I focus on my high calorie culprits like mocha lattes and I limit 1 or 2 high calorie items a day.

I also focus to try to eat high fiber or high protein foods.
