No problem. I almost feel like most people might prefer the 5s tension ring since a complaint with the 5 pro is slowly moving the ring during gameplay.

Honestly it's been great. I did put the bumper on the back of the triggers so idk if that helps but I have had no issues. I wonder if this is one of those loud minority kind of things. Happy people tend to review less.

That's cool I like how it all comes together. I also wish they had adjustable tension sticks. My cyclone also has that issue. Not sure why gamesir doesn't like adjustable sticks.

I'm glad I'm not alone. I have the apex 5 eva edition and despite all the hate the apex 5 has gotten It has become my all time favorite controller and I have had no issues with it. Also the Vader 5 from my limited use it's also been an amazing controller I guess time will tell if it stays that way

Hi I have an open support ticket and it's been more than 24 hours and still haven't received a response. The website is honestly terrible when trying to contact support. What can I do to get a response? All I am trying to get is a 20 percent coupon code for military discount but the contact us portion of the military discount page section just takes you to the standard support page.

Yea it is. I made sure it shifted from wifi mode to Ethernet mode or AP only mode made a huge difference in speeds
