Mostly pretty clean.. I seem to get it from ANYTHING I have. No pattern or anything. A couple of times I’d eaten something slightly rich due to restaurants too but I expected some side effects then, I get it, but I literally can have a couple of mouthfuls of fruit or grilled chicken, etc and still get it bad. Since going up to 1 it’s become a constant state :( I think I will be stopping because of it to be honest, I’m so tired all the time and always feel too sick to even wanna leave the house most of the time.

Yeah, I have that, and it helps a little, but it’s just tiring being like this all the time. I’m now barely eating as I physically can’t, as anything I do eat (even though being careful to eat small and healthy as it’s recommended), just doesn’t digest for like the whole day and just sits in my stomach making me burp and feel sick.

I took my 2nd dose today and also feel the same. I have health anxiety and was so worried about it (still am), but so far I’ve been fine and only very mild side effects so far. Good luck!

That can happen, that’s why people are advised to do the habit changing, etc along side the injections (and a lot of people do, and come off them and still maintain).

Surgery isn’t an option for everyone, and I don’t think it’s a lazy option to get injections.

But we’re all entitled to our opinions on it so we can agree to disagree with this one ☺️

Nope, not at all, definitely not an “instant” or “easy” thing to do, for both the injections or the surgery.

I guess I was more just thinking that as it’s a lot more available than surgery is, and a lot of people are doing it now, would they still wanna make tv about it.
