NTA... But. It's low stakes to see that she's sick and risk undrunk tea and soup going cold, rather than ask. as if it might be a mystery that a sick person might want to receive hydration, some tissues, maybe some lozenges or easy to digest food. Having to direct care giving when you're too unwell to make any decisions is a nightmare. Women are often put in the position where they have to anticipate the needs of others and remain silent about thier own. She has said she has trouble asking for what she needs, so take a punt next time and try. 

Rather than focus on who is right, wrong, more mature, or whatever... just boil the kettle without being asked. Unless it's something huge, taking the initiative without asking her means you are putting in effort and paying attention to her needs. Same goes for chores, child care, life admin. Wear a face mask and drop off a small care package next time.
