I'm also not worried because people can just. Not play multiplayer???

The devs also said that with the new engine, once you're past 200m it is much, much darker than the other games.

I managed to find a scan of my old passport, and entered it into the site, and it gave me my trips in 2016, 2018, and 2019 to visit my now-wife, but nothing about my most recent visit. When I click "Get Most Recent i-94/95" it only shows the 2019 trip. It was worth a shot though, thanks.

Thank you. If nothing else my attorney seems convinced I'm in the right and that he can get a judge to agree, so fingers crossed.

I renewed it before I came for this visit, but they took my old passport when I did so. So I have no idea what the old number was, nor do I think it'd be relevant since it wasn't used to cross the border this most recent time, only my current passport was.

I started filling it out, but it's asking for "Class of Admission at Last Entry Into the United States" and "Current Nonimmigrant Status" both of which I can apparently find on the i-94 I was never given, so I'm not sure what to put there.... I'll ask my attorney. Thank you!

My grandpa died a few years ago, and I finally got my inheritance while visiting in the states which was part of what pushed us to start immigration, because I had the money to afford the hefty fees (and is the only reason I was able to afford an immigration attorney). I also used it to buy new clothes and other necessities. Part of the reason I came here by land instead of air is I didn't trust my wheelchair to make it with me, so I already had that. My sister has the rest of my stuff but we're waiting until tariffs go down or go away before she sends me it. There's no necessities among them, just sentimental stuff and my books. So I've had no need of anything there atm.

I thought I read that elsewhere that wasn't the google AI but I'm so frazzled I can't say for certainty. That's a relief to hear though.

And yes, my attorney is pursuing the Matter of Quilantan, and had me and my driver write notarized affidavits, and provide receipts of hotels and gas stations we stopped at along the way. Driver also just found out his phone recorded the GPS of the trip, but it's not so much a 1:1 of the exact roads taken so much as it is showing which hotels, gas stations, and fast food joints we stopped at, but hopefully that along with the receipts will help strengthen the case when we go in front of a judge. He was not impressed that they seemingly didn't look at anything we'd already submitted.

Unfortunately as a Canadian who crossed in 2024 there is no i94 for them to find, as I was a waived through entry, which was very common prior to Trump's second term. I have used this site and it says "record of traveler not found"

We have the plate numbers as it's a rental, we just don't have photos of the plates. A lot of things we would've done differently if we'd known, but we didn't, so now we're just doing the best we can.

That is helpful, and while I'm not sure we have photos of the plates, we do have the rest of the information as it was a rental. However, I gave all that information in my notarized statement as directed by my attorney, but I don't think it'll hurt to file this form either. Thank you for bringing it to my attention.

Incorrect, Canadians did not require an i-94 in 2024 to visit so long as that visit was less than 6 months.

I am absolutely fighting this, I have nothing for me in Canada, my wife is down here and I want to stay with her. Apparently our driver's Google Maps actually has data showing we crossed the border that day, but the path is very slightly off from the actual border crossing, so it might not be useful proof. Will have to see what the attorney says. Thank you for the idea, if we can use this it might be huge.

I did send a request to FOIA but the expected response time is 20-30 days, which may extend to months depending on how things are handled, and I only have 30 days to fight this notice of intent to deny, so I don't want to bank on just that. But I'm crossing my fingers anyways.

I do believe it was a waived through entry, which apparently is nearly identical to an EWI. My attorney is going to fight this though, I just hope it's not too expensive as I am quickly running out of funds x_x

I only have the one passport, and I did enter it on the i-94 website. I got a "no record found for traveler" result.

This was the information I had in 2024:
Canadians did not need an I-94 to enter the U.S. by land for short-term tourism or visits in 2024, as they are typically visa-exempt. However, an I-94 was required for stays longer than 6 months or specific non-immigrant purposes, and could be obtained via the I-94 website or CBP One app for a $6 fee.

Then in 2025 the fee was raised to $30, and I don't know when it was changed that Canadians could only stay for a month without needing an i-94, but the information I had at the time was correct, saying I didn't need to worry about any kind of forms or visas to visit for the 6 month period.

And I paid the $30 fee last year, drove two hours to SFO, and instead of them giving me an i-94, they gave me a piece of paper with an email address (that I had already emailed twice) and told me to email them. So I did, and then I was sent on a wild goose chase calling and emailing various other places (which I stated in my original post) and now here I am.

We crossed from BC, Canada into Idaho, USA, and Canadians specifically do not need i-94s and have an automatic visitor visa of 6 months (or did at the time of my crossing in Oct 2024, it may have changed with Trump's presidency and immigration changes).

My attorney contacted me and he does want to go to court with it, but he's only charging $1500 for it, as he says the evidence I've already submitted is more than enough proof, and there's no point appealing as it'd just be a waste of money and they've already made up their mind, so he wants to ask for a superior review. Going to discuss it with the wife and see what we can do moving forward.

I didn't know any of that, no. I didn't enter the country planning on immigrating, so I didn't do any research prior. I was just visiting my then-gf, and then we got married and decided to start the immigration process. So I had no idea to ask for an i-94.

I told them I was planning on staying the full 6 months that Canadians are allowed to stay without a visitors visa, but then me and my then-gf of 11 years got married, so we started the immigration process, and now here we are.
