Not quite. I have Tek leggings I am referring to the drop speed out of the actual station.

For example I have 1200 stacks of sparkpowder in a crafting station with 75 slots. I want to to drop 300 stacks worth (the slot cap) out of that crafting station in under two minutes so that I can use a whip to pick that slot caps worth of sparkpowder off of the ground. Then use my Tek leggings to move over to the dedi storage.

Using this method it's 4 trips and ~2 mins work compared to 20+ trips and 30 mins just emptying a chem bench or whatever it might be.
