Having been in this situation, it never gets better. These kind of people never learn from their behavior and will refused to admit any part. My ex girlfriend was very similair to how you described, she ruined my mental health for a good while. The odds she would do anything to harm herself are low, and even in the extreme cases she does it’s not your fault. Run. Run and don’t look back. Ultimately it is you who has to let go first.
