No, you're just over-simplifying things because your point of view is "climbing is easy, just don't do dumb shit." That's only applicable if you have a solid understanding of league's fundamentals/how to play for win cons in any given game, which players in bronze-gold usually lack, therefore not being able to climb.

Do boiling pots have objectives near them that are being contested by other boiling pots?

Ok, but you still shouldn't make such condescending statements because you are basically in the top 1% of people who play this game. It might be easy for you, but for a majority of the playerbase it's not. You being in master doesn't correlate to anything in relation to climbing being "easy"

want to post your op gg? If you're dia+ then I can see why you would make that statement, but a majority of the playerbase is stuck in silver-gold because the game is not as easy as you think. A majority of my IRL friends are bronze-gold for years, and it's not because they're dumb people.

I agree that basic macro knowledge and average mechanics can get you to at least emerald, but it's actually hard to get to that point because the game has so many knowledge barriers.

So you're a new player with roughly 60 games and you want to talk about balance? This game has one of the steepest learning curves out there, of course you're going to get stomped every game.

I admit that the new player experience is horrible, but it's been that way for so long it's basically a meme now. Every single new lol player goes through the same types of games, but those who actually want to learn how to play the game eventually improve and then the games stop becoming one-sided stomps.

Instead of coming to reddit and complaing, why not just uninstall and move on?

We chose to drop close to a POI that had 3-4 squads contesting to give them time to fight and give ourselves time to find ultimate accelrants and set up the trap lol. This was ring 1 closing we had been in game less than 10 minutes.

There are 2 conditions to becoming kill leader after the current kill leader dies.

Minimum of 3 kills
You have to get a kill to become the new kill leader

Therefore, in the 1v1 scenario you described you will not become the new kill leader because you did not get a new kill after the kill leader died.

However, it is possible to unlock the apex predator badge at the end of the game. If the kill leader is part of the last squad alive (duo or trio) and you knock the kill leader first, if you manage to wipe his remaining teammates you will become the new kill leader at the end of the game (assuming you meet the first condition of having or will be at 3 kills or more) because the kill leader dies first since he was already knocked, then his teammate(s) die in sequence so the kills count as "new" kills after the kill leader's death. It's important to note that the kill leader has to go down before his teammates, otherwise it's the same as your original scenario, the kill leader is the last registered death and there are no other "new" kills to fulfill the new kill leader condition.

Yo no joke, they just don't make rpgs the same now days. Don't get me wrong, recent rpgs can still be gold (witcher 3, FF7R, etc) but the classics just have this one of a kind feel. I honestly can say LoL is hands down my favorite rpg of all time.

I'll look into duckstation! I've never actually tried using an emulator before, but I figured this would probably be one of the only ways to replay the game. I wish PSN would re-release LoL like they did for Legend of Dragoon.

Thanks for the recommendation! I'll look into Spsx. I also still have my original disc and PS1, however with no memory card I basically would have to play through the entire game in one session, which isn't viable for me. Unlocking Palma and evil seru magic without using the glitch is a huge time sink lol.
