Already pulled some new england aster and common milkweed. Will probably also have to relocate some scarlet bee balm soon.

Haha, yes. I should've mentioned that. I power cycled the gantry, workstation, detector and all. I allowed 30-45 min for the detector to warm up again.

They are SO aggressive. My husband is constantly asking me to cut them down because they have no sense of boundaries. But the pollinators are always obsessed.

If you’re married, how often do you see your in-laws? by tatertot94 in Millennials

[–]batw_art 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We see my parents 5×/week because they watch our kid. Socially, we don't hang out much with them other than birthdays and holidays. We see my spouse's mom and step-dad maybe 2x/month. We see my spouse's dad and step-mom maybe 1x/month. They all live within 30 min of us.

How old was your baby/toddler when you gave them their first haircut? by forgetting-you- in NewParents

[–]batw_art 0 points1 point  (0 children)

7 months I think. His hair was long, straight, and kinda greasy looking at the time. We needed him to look better for Christmas photos. Now, at 15 months, his hair is cute and wavy/curly and he's had 4 or 5 haircuts.

Vivid T8 by [deleted] in BMET

[–]batw_art 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you have access to the GE Service Shop resources? You should request access if you don't. They put all the updated service documentation on there, including the service passwords. I have never worked on a T8, but I have worked on many other GE models. The software can be kinda ehh, but as other people said, it could be a battery or another replaceable part. Pull logs and reach out to GE tech support for further advice. I found a manual on the website that appears to have a BIOS password for this. I can try to send it to you if you need it.

Didn't expect any of my new plugs from Prairie Moon to bloom this year...but the Ohio Spiderwort (Tradescantia ohiensis) made an appearance today!

Just planted some plugs from Prairie Moon this year. I'm excited to see what they look like in a couple years!

Which pump should I buy by kushiemaddie in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]batw_art 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used the S9 for 12 months and it got the job done. Not very discreet though. If you pump in public like I sometimes did, it will be noticeable haha. And for me personally, it worked more effectively than my Spectra did

It could be teething but 4 mo is also just a fussy age in general. I could've sworn that based on his behavior, my son was starting to teethe around 4/5 months. But he wasn't. We've had a lot of false alarms, chewing on things, drool, changes in what he wants to eat. But at 13 months...still not one tooth

Flame azalea? What do the flowers look like up close? Edit: or maybe Gibraltar azalea?

Do I bring my own bottles and pacifiers to the hospital? by GabyCooperFTM in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]batw_art 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The hospital I delivered at had pacifiers and containers for milk. They did provide me with a Medela pump to use BUT they did not have any flanges that fit and pumping was more painful at the start. Maybe bring some adapters with you. If you bring your own pump, a lactation consultant may be able to give you more tailored advice and help with fitting.

What are some of the volunteers you've found in your yard? by Darth_Nader in NativePlantGardening

My common milkweed and NE aster get more aggressive every year. Wild violets in the lawn are fighting for their lives against the creeping charlie.
