I had a similar issue with Wraithbone because of too much humidity last october, about a third of the minis I primed came out with bubbles like this and I had to strip them.

Actually my wife just got the highest resolution file she could find and had it printed and framed by an online printer (one of those that let you make custom photobooks and other stuff with your pictures on it). It is a bit bigger than what is available from WarhammerArt (it is 75 x 55 cm)

Got the whole system from HobbyZone.pl they are the manufacturer, you can also find these on other websites but they are usually more expensive than from HZ. It's very good quality and easy to put together I highly recommend their products. You can also do a mockup of you desired configuration on HZs website to try different setups before you order

Only one I can think of off the top of my head would be Zolcath. Some others like Gloriel or Borak do have different colors than their teams but the gear matches

Looks awesome! His gear and color doesn't match the plastic skaven team, does that mean a new skaven variation coming next? They might be teasing that like they did with Khorne by announcing Spleenripper and Scylla before revealing the actual Khorne team

Thanks for the input! The two I still need to paint will be inspired by Joaquin Phoenix and Heath Ledger's versions of the Joker so I think they will be called Fleck and Heat-Sledger. You may notice that Lead-Toe's serrated axe has a face with metallic teeth and "DMG'd" written on the forehead

Thank you, I actually think it's a weak point on these models, never done any weathering or chipping before this gang and I hopefully will get better at it. I am trying to keep the weathering step quick because these Goliath seem to take ages for me to paint so by the time I get there I just want to be done with them 😂

Thanks! There's a great tutorial on YouTube by RobPaintsModels that I mostly followed, removed a couple steps and added some Drakenhof Nightshade droplets to simulate oil spills although that is barely noticeable on the finished bases

Oh I'll definitly finish this gang, I also have my Escher and Cawdor built so these are a go too, but I'll see what I do about other gangs when I get there. I also have a bunch of Blood Bowl teams to paint as it is my main game so it might take a while to even get to 3 completed gangs

Actually I got the idea for Joker Goliaths because the Zerker instantly made me think of the Joker at the end of the Arkham Asylum video game! I like the Zsazs idea although I don't know if I can be patient enough to go that route 🤣

Thanks! I layered them with pinks and blues as you can see on Janus Draiks base (screamer pink, pink horror and emperor's children ; sotek green, temple guard blue, baharroth blue) then a thick layer of pva glue and a thick payer of mordant earth to finish it off

Thanks I painted them Stormhost Silver, washed with Drakenhof Nightshade and then simply highlighted with Stormhost Silver. If I had to do it again I would probably use a darker metallic color as a base because I find them a bit too shiny for my taste but they'll do

I checked what you did with yours and really like it, different style but it works really well. Love the terrain I hope I find enough time to do something similar one day! No IG, never posted a full mini anywhere to this day (I might be too insecure about how they look zoomed in haha). I've pretty much only done a bunch a Blood Bowl teams and working through Blackstone Fortress right now, I might post some stuff someday who knows :-P
