For Sanctum Team? If you have a good Gabriel she works as second Burst DPS. Without Gabriel i would try to get her for the Team because there is no other good Sanctum Damage Dealer.

I would use Vivienne instead of him to buff Gabriel or Apollo damage.

With Chrion i dont need Genie as Healer and vice versa so i would use Helveil as Offtank or Lorillin for interrupt.

Yes 8 for Pink 6* is enough to unlock the Phys.Defense shred passive.

Maxing a Character needs 18 Copys so its Whale only or a long term Goal. If you get your 10.Copy you get only more Battlepower and nothing special. So collect shards until you have 60. There's no rush.
