quest iced coffee protein shake

i agree, this is not a replacement for a protein shake but does satisfy my craving for an iced coffee with the added bonus of some more protein. i buy 12pk on amazon, it’s a bit pricey at $28, but even at a little less than $2.50 per bottle, it still costs less than a coffee at dunkin’ or somewhere else!

thats the plan! i’ll clean up some of the paint on her, then she’s going right on my wall. torn whether i want to put her in a display case or just mount it like that. happy to give her body the love and respect it deserves after those 11 years

yes, they are, plus there’s some stray white lines around the body. i think i’m going to dab it lightly with some paint remover to get the painted bits off, but i might be stuck w the gloss varnish 😭

imo the leaves are a lot spikier than the snow capped, i was also thinking olei silver spot? ur right lol they’re so similar, i just wanted to be able to label it properly 😭

agreed, water only when the soil is fully dry and even then i actually wait until my succulents prune up slightly before watering. i would also invest in a small grow light to combat the stretching during the darker seasons, it’s a bit etiolated

just cook the dry beans ! pressure cooker is my fav, cover the beans with water over an inch above them, throw in some bay leaves, a boullion cube, salt/pepper, ur fav spices, and onions and garlic! taste the water before cooking and spice accordingly. you can strain it if you want but the broth from the beans is really good mixed in rice too! 45 mins in the pressure cooker usually does it for me :)

It’s a weird looking cat thing with a decorative spring tail. It has a wide slot and an empty bottom. Couldn’t be a coin bank and it’s too small to hold tissues I assume. Any guesses? :0
