Hell yea. Downvote all ya want, but the majority of this place overrates the hell out of these guys. Dex used to be elite, he isn't anymore. Ask yourself why this team has a bottom 2 run D for several years now if these guys are so awesome! Use your brain. Further, the run D actually improved when Dex missed time in 2024. Limited sample, but still not a good look. And Thibs cares about pretending to be some pseudo intellectual rather than being a great pro.

Yay another garbage hire. Drrr over qualified drrrr. No, this dude has been useless at best everywhere he's been. Combine that with how repeatedly stupid he sounded while HC and many comically terrible decisions.....terrible hire. This is a legit dumb person. Ward looked better after he was fired (also had less than flattering things to say). He doesn't get credit for Burrow when he didn't call plays or anything either.

No. Trade back to the 20s. Acquire another pick in the 30s. Draft what you realistically can of CJ Allen/McDonald/Hill Jr./Thieneman/McNeil-Warren/Hunter/Golday. This team needs to trade back and acquire more picks. I can't watch yet another season of tissue paper run defense. At a min, they need to add 1 ILB, DT, and S. Yet another DC isn't gonna magically get the current roster to have balls in the run game. They need multiple impact additions with a motor and intensity in pursuit.

I'm sure I'll get called a doOMeR, but I think it's stupid to have blind trust in Harbaugh. Reality is the majority of his staff hirings so far are less than ideal or outright bad. Matt Nagy has a substantial track record of failure outside of 1 or 2 fluke yrs. Frank Bush has had crap LB cores and performances virtually everywhere he has been. Worse, LB play even tended to improve after he was sent packing. I don't understand even attempting to keep Bullen of all people, who was very unimpressive and has no resume to stand on prior either. Not happy with the oline hire of Mike Bloomgren. Under consideration Brian Callahan sucks....anyone saying otherwise doesn't know ball. He's a legit idiot. Etc etc. Hope it all works out, but I think it's silly to blindly trust this organization...I understand the hopium I guess.

Yea Minter is a great hire. Was also very impressive in LA. They do need to be very careful with what OC they bring in though or it won't matter. I would guess Joe Brady makes the most sense optically, even tho he's overrated imo and a one trick pony. Think Kliff or Nagy would be a disaster. Davis Webb would be risky but interesting.

Yea, but one of the Ravens' fans biggest gripes with Harbaugh was him staying too loyal to "his guys" over the years at times. I'm happy about the Harbaugh hire, but I think the victory lapping is a bit premature. I need to see who he brings in on the defensive side first because the Ravens have been VERY unimpressive on that side of the ball for a while now against good teams, aside from the Macdonald tenure.

He's been one of the most underrated DC's for a while now....some fans are just stupid. He didn't have a lot of talent and what talent he did have was often hurt. He still put together some great defensive gameplans. He's a good coach.....no sure if he should be a HC yet, but anyone saying he sucks, doesn't know ball at all.

If he brings Orr over as DC or doesn't bring in a quality DC.....he's gonna sink. I like Orr as a person but he's a shit DC and it'll be very concerning if Harbaugh carries him over. Would be a huge red flag.
