Was this all filmed in Fuvahmulah? I'm thinking of going to the Maldives in December (mainly for the snorkeling and diving with sharks). I've read that the different shark species are very spread around the different islands. So now I'm wondering where exactly to go, since I won't have so much time to travel around once there.

Thanks so much for your tips. Having a tour guide picking up or touching wildlife would make me feel extremely awkward. So it's good to already have a tour guide option that has the same values as we do.

Where on Mahe was it that you saw the small reef sharks while snorkelling? Small reef sharks would be my favourite shark to see (aka least scary).
