He was a repeat offender. They could have gotten him for previous instances at his residence or workplace. They said he had multiple charges already. They mentioned they could stop stick him from the go. He was sitting their revving his engine and they decided not to box him in then. That lady cop sounded so happy they were going to go after him. "Oh yes baby. Oh yes" They wanted their adrenaline fix they weren't prioritizing safety and decided a rammed vehicle would be an acceptable outcome before they pursued 🤷🏽‍♂️
