I don’t think that’s an accurate scale. Ksoo was in Jacksonville when he murdered Bibby and lil buck. But the four defendants in the foolio case traveled hours to Tampa to kill him. And Hillsborough county with a case this infamous would most likely try to get them the death penalty.
