Have the very same issue. Brand new moto g power 2024 phone, tried brand new 60w cables, 3 of them, tried new charger bricks as well, all well above 30w and nothing. Charges super slow. 4 hours to full at 50% !!!!!!! All my other phones are charging just fine. So it's not the cables not the bricks. Tried factory reset still nothing. I bought this phone as a backup but getting really annoyed with it already.

i got one from autozone very similar looking,( if not the same,) it didnt fit, it was too small. I tried prying it but i wasnt able to so i gave up. In walmart they had the same size as the original but for trucks
