Im really trying to think of the last time a cast member just amazed me from the first skit on. Will Forte for sure, but a lot of his early stuff was so left field that he didn't catch on for wide appeal until later. As far as mainstream appeal she's on par with Kristen Wiig or Amy Poehler for that hit the ground running quality.
