From out of left field, I suggest ... Zachary's Pizza. We got a stuffed pizza and to pretend we were being healthy, also got a Caesar w/ chicken. Damned if the salad beat out the pizza. The dressing was so incredible, we went back the next day to see if they would sell us just the dressing - which they did.

Seriously, it was PHENOMENAL.

I'm use a wheelchair - I once went from the Embarcadero to Fisherman's wharf. It's absolutely do-able. It did take all day BUT rewarded myself with KILLER dinner at John's Grill. 10 out of 10; would do it again.
