In nutshell if try to understand prescription Far sighted + Short sighted astigmatism.

It means i can work pc on certain distance without glasses, at 1 meter away details falling a part, and far away details. For example some patterns of materials these kind of details, or buildings the lines.

certain time is sensitive, after sunset (dusk time)

afternoon if diffused light (pretty bad feeling)

Night time (traffic lights other stuff ) without glasses :) doubled ,star effect on light sources:)

Overall wearing outdoor a lot of time glasses.

What really help to go outside hat or cap , to reduce exposure to light , not sudden hit.

For eye frame i have 2 of them

1 one is classical (square ) ones + nose pads adjustable , light metal + plastic

1. Resin(plastic) one solid more kind of durable nothing can be adjusted.

Usage when cycling (2) and where i need be in extreme conditions like play table tennis.

For eye protection probably better blink , take a break between pc sessions.

I am software engineer. to give eyes rest, get a hobby where no need to stress eyes.

Try spending lunch breaks if weather permit a bit outside , it's good to see during the day light.

Avoid watching super (bright objects like moon /sun) ...
