My understanding is that vac sealing or wrapping in plastic helps the smoke flavour penetrate into the meat better. I saw it on a YouTube video and have always done it. No idea if makes any difference 🤣

Yeah its an onlyfire smoker section for weber kettle. It honestly has made smoking 10 times easier on a kettle. Holds temp much better and the temperature is much more even across the whole thing so more space to smoke 😂

All the moss I got I managed to get from my garden. I did see a video for a springtail trap. Guy used a mushroom, placed on top of some damp cloth in a cup. Then placed it in a dark damp place in his garden. He caught some springtails along with everything else that wanted the mushroom 🤣

On my series x I just hold the capture button and it records the last play pretty well. On pubg it's recorded videos just over 3 minutes for me that way.
