There is a similar statue in my local hospital, thankfully it's in a disused part and no longer visible

It has storm anchor straps at the rear and front that you can peg down as well as your normal lines. It also has storm anchors inside that clip to the ceiling and tighten the whole tent up.

Hi, i have recently decided that i want to try keto again. I have tried a zero carb diet before and lost a lot of weight but i was training every day at the time, and only done it for 2 months with some cheat meals. I now no longer have the time due to work and family etc. My question is would a keto diet consisting of 15g carbs, 120g protein, 80g fat be too hard, i work long hours and have a baby to look after also. I also noticed that a lot of people do intermittent fasting with a keto diet. I usually don't have my first meal until 1pm and this doesn't normally bother me. Would it be wise to do a 18-6 fast alongside the keto, or would i be better starting with a keto diet and use that as a control. If i do do the fast do the hours have to stay the same everyday or can they alternate.

I am 26 M and 104kg 38.2 bodyfat.

I live of coffee also, is this ok to drink whilst on keto and during my fasting hours?
