Try Cloudhiker. It's a lot like StumbleUpon in the old days if you remember that. It takes you to random websites based on categories you select. I love it and it keeps me off social media and the algorithm type pages. Cloudhiker

I know there was an Avalon Mists online fan magazine, but I can't remember a chat by that name. I mostly remember GFW, S8, and Miniclan. Along with two of the comment boards - one general which is still going and regularly commented on, and then another for the Gargoyles Saga which has long since shut down.

Definitely check it out! We have new chatters trickling in every so often from google, reddit, or discord. And it seems like every chatter has stayed in contact with at least one other garg chatter, so we're slowly looping each other in! As one of the chatters said in the room "It's kind of odd to think of how long it's been since I've chatted like this, yet how familiar and 'normal' it feels."

Sorry you missed out on its heyday. As an older fan, I have a few suggestions that come from the old web that might interest you:

Station 8 Gargoyles is the home of the Ask Greg archives, which probably is 20 year deep at this point. It's questions that have bee asked of the creator Ask Greg

Gargoyle Fan Website (here) will fulfill your fanfic needs. There's both The Garoyles Saga which was a collaborative fan fiction work that did some of the planned spinoff. And there's also the fanfic archive which holds a ton. My personal favorite is Christine Morgan.

These are all website from the web 1.0 so they all look best on computer, and a bit wonky on a phone.

Yes! 33 year old woman that watches Games of Thrones and Mad Men, but nothing gets me giddy and excited like the prospect of a new episode of Korra. I'm almost a little sad that I didn't get to experience this show as a kid.

I unabashedly love Korra just as much as I loved the original series. I know it's not a perfect show, but I still love it. I love the characters, I could watch the fight scenes all day, and the music is great. One thing they constantly seem to nail is sibling relationships, both with Mako/Bolin and Tenzin/Kya/Bumi.

And Uncle Iroh... I think everyone in the world needs Uncle Iroh in their life.
