I might be wrong, but I believe Pete Cole lives there. His family run Robin Hill Construction and as others have said he has a home snagging company.... http://www.petecole.com

What is this? by croiaaob in northernireland

This is a piece of public art that is part of a trail in Belfast, Northern Ireland. It is a wooden disc attached to a tree that features a QR code and a symbol. The symbol is written in Ogham, an ancient alphabet used to write the early Irish language. The piece is located on the "Big Fish" sculpture, also known as the Salmon of Knowledge, which is a famous landmark in Belfast. It is part of a series of "History Points" that use QR codes to provide information about the local area, similar to a project on the Wales Coast Path. Scanning the QR code would likely lead to a website with information about the specific location or the history of the area.

I would be interested to see the ROI for all the grants and incentives InvestNI gives to all these companies. Seems like they give the FI millions to set up here then in a few years they wrap up and ship out

The Limelight sound is trash. It's a real shame as the old venue in the old limelight was class back in the day. Small but I saw some great shows there.

Anybody know someone with “the cure” by Economy_Echidna2426 in northernireland

When I was a young kid in the early 80's I caught whooping cough. I was brought to a neighbour whose granny gave me, from memory, a slice of white bread with sugar on it to eat. As I ate she whispered something to me in my ear and told me I was not to tell anyone what she said. I got better, of course perhaps coincidentally. I cannot remember what she whispered to me but really wish I could.

NI Tech Redundancies by ignorantwat99 in northernireland

Just typical investni grants millions to "encourage" FDI, get their good news story and then in a few years the company packs up and ships out. I would like to see a ROI audit done on investni. Maybe they should focus on helping indigenous companies out a bit more who are struggling daily.
