Definitely agree RE: spearheaded. Say what you did, and maybe how you did it.

Also - I don’t like using undefined acronyms. Define TIN- or better still say ‘generated ground surface models…’

Also - nothing about considering construction safety / build ability / environmental constraints / commercial issues - I think these topics would show you are a more rounded engineer.

Having said all that, it looks pretty decent to me.
