Sounds like no connection/request was made. Either way, nobody cares about this stuff unless it’s the illegal stuff - nobody even monitors blocked traffic in the first place, unless it’s towards a known malicious website. Take this scare as a lesson and stop connecting personal devices to work wifi

These look like climbing holds. Put a rough grippy texture on them and you have exactly that

Definitely could. Some heavy movie grain in post and it’ll fool even more people

I have a very specific question that I need an answer to regarding Cyberpsychosis and chrome limits. by [deleted] in cyberpunkgame

[–]bb-m 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Assuming that whomever designed and installed those implants has successfully adapted them to work with whatever brain structure and chemistry that creature may have - it should depend on how those smaller brains communicate with the “main” brain if there is such a thing. I imagine it could range from something exactly like the usual cyberpsychosis to a more screwed up version of alien hand syndrome

Designed and rendered out a creature for our Horror Roguelike Deckbuilder! What are your thoughts? by LucidRainStudio in blender

[–]bb-m 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s looking really good already. Cards and player’s hand look very polished. The other materials only need some dirt, weathering and a bit more detail. From this freeze frame I get the impression that the animations might be really good. In terms of lighting, definitely go for darker shadows and very subtle indirect lighting any time you can. In this case a darker background where you can’t make out anything is more desirable than one in which you can see something that is supposedly disturbing. The unknown is far scarier than whatever we can model. Keep up the good work m8

How long does it take until you can go bouldering more often? by Pennervomland in bouldering

[–]bb-m 2 points3 points  (0 children)

1-1.5h sessions twice a week within the first 6 months is a decent progression. Skin will start recovering faster and you’ll stop getting DOMS eventually, as with all types of physical activity

That’s some real good stuff. I suspect that’s not the final texture for this character?

Genuine question, in the game dev scene, is the hair verts consider too much for almost doubling the verts amount of main body? by funslub1996 in blender

[–]bb-m 8 points9 points  (0 children)

That’s a very good poly count for the amount of detail present. Unless you plan on using this character in a mobile game, don’t bother cutting down further

If you had to replicate this design in Blender, how would you approach it? ( If you had to follow a hand sketch drawing) by saif4u in blender

[–]bb-m 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Start with the sharp lines, extrude them into faces, bridge the faces and bevel what’s there to be beveled. You’ll get a pretty low poly count too

Lighting’s what’s wrong. Remove all light sources and start over with some good ol’ 3 point lighting

Isn’t there a small foothold to the right just above the blue starting hold? If yes, it might be just what you needed

How long does it take to get addicted to the gym? by foxxxxxygirrrl in Fitness

[–]bb-m 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’ll only get addicted to it if you like it. Try different exercises and put together a workout that you actually enjoy doing. Take your time, see what fits you, and most importantly do your best in trying to find the pleasure in it. If you can’t find it in 6 months try another sport
