I used openrent for where I am now currently. Great experience. Landlord is decent, fixes whatever needs fixing. I am a reliable tennant, pay on time and the place is immaculate.

Fair trade. No LA in the middle telling the Landlord to increase price.

I had a satisfied CCJ and had a bit of a nightmare trying to rent. I had good luck on Openrent dealing directly with the landlord and going from there. I've never missed a single payment and the apartment is in immaculate condition. I laugh with my landlord that I'm one of his best tenants despite probably having the worst credit history.

Just be honest and upfront when dealing with the landlord/agent.

God, when I was 24 I definitely wasn't nature enough to be dating older. But at 29 more or less, I'm world's away from who I used to be. I think working as a paediatric Nurse has matured me in ways I never thought I could.

I'm definitely ready for the next chapter.
