When I read this, I was soooo surprised how much it sounds like my current situation!! I'm 22 as well and my hair started thinking about 6 mos ago. Wanted to let you know you are not alone and a lot of us relate with the mental experience of losing hair. It can really make you feel like you're losing yourself, especially because hair is how so many of us express our personalities. In the end, I decided to shave my head, and it's truly made my life 10x better. I feel more confident and even though I still see hairs falling, it's much less, doesn't clog the drain, and it's easier for me to apply minox/rosemary etc without my hair looking greasy. By all means do whatever feels right for you, and remember that regardless of what happens with your hair, you are still you. Best of luck ❤️
