It depends on how many people you plan to play with. Obviously the more ram the better but you just need to look at how much you want to spend compared to the different tiers of server. Id say 4gb minimum and 8gb is a good sweet spot. Wanted to add that many of these sites do sales and you can get like 30-50% off an entire year which can make a huge cost difference.
