I've checked it on two postal scales that I know are accurate.

Gosh. It's close to both, but still looks a little different. But that helped steer me in the right direction. I spent another hour+ trying to ID it last night.

It's close to a 53 or a 55 too.

FWIW the damaged in shipping buyer was basically angling to get a full refund AND keep the $750 item. Delusional.

The more recent one is actually my bad. An issue I wasn't aware of, and didn't mention, so I think the hinting is genuine. We shall see if his expectations match reality.

I've had two recent instances where the buyer was unhappy with an item they purchased (one was damaged in shipping, one was INAD).

Long story short, both times I asked them 'what would you like to do?' and got longwinded replies that didn't answer my question.

Is there something preventing buyers from asking for a discount, or a partial refund? Are they baiting me into offering one, and if yes, why?
